Video Playback

Because of the variety of operating systems and browser types as well as Internet connections, your veiwing experience can vary greatly. Make sure that you close any other programs that you don't need. Also, you have the ability to pause the program as well as fast forward and rewind, in case you want to replay a section.

Captioning

Captioning is avaliable in English. If you don't see captioning, make sure that you have the captioning turned on in the windows media player. Below are instructions on how to do this according to your version of Windows Media Player:

Versions older than Windows Media 9 Series

Select View » Captions or
Select View » Now Playing Tools » Captions

Windows Media 9 Series or newer

Select Play » Captions and Subtitles » On if Available

Also make sure that captions are selected in your security settings.
